For your convenience I have tried to answer all possible ordering questions below, if not, please don't hesitate to ask!

• Availability:  All of my work is handcrafted by me, and most items are made to order; however, feel free to email me to see if an item is in stock.  Items marked as "sold" can be reproduced--please ask!  Due to the nature of handcrafted work, dimensions are approximate.  Each piece may vary slightly, making your purchase truly unique!  (Artist retains all copyrights for original work.)
  

• Payment:  All prices are in U.S. dollars.  We accept Visa, Discover, Mastercard, PayPal, money orders, personal checks and business checks.    Personal and business checks will be held until cleared, usually 7 to 10 business days.  Orders shipped within the state of Maine are subject to an 5% sales tax.  Custom work requires a 50% non-refundable deposit, deposit will go towards the purchase when ordered  (A $25.00 fee is assessed for returned checks.)  Payment in full is required before shipping.
  




• How to order:  To order please email me at labelle@labellestudios.com  and indicate the item title, size, and color (if applicable) of the item you wish to purchase.   I will contact you by return email the same day to confirm your order. For alternative methods of ordering, see telephone & regular mail below.   If you would like to use PayPal, please let me know at the time of ordering.

  I recommend insurance and will add this cost to your order when you request it; items not insured are at the buyer's own risk.  As each piece is handcrafted individually by me, please allow 1to 3 weeks for delivery, depending on the piece ordered.  It is worth the wait!  Custom work may take longer.  Overnight or 2nd Day Air is available for an additional charge.

• Custom work:  We would be happy to discuss your ideas for custom work, please email to discuss your ideas!
  
  

• We appreciate our customers!  We would like to say thank you!  If you refer another customer that results in a purchase, you will receive 10% off of your next order--No strings attached!

• Guarantee:  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the item within 15 days in its original packaging for a full refund (excluding shipping charges).  Items must be undamaged, packaged properly and insured for full refund.  Custom work will be charged a 30% return fee.
  
  

• Gift Certificates:  Even when we try to select the ultimate gift for our loved ones, our gift selections can sometimes be inappropriate for one reason or another, and monetary gifts are impersonal and lacking in thoughtfulness, the answer?  A gift certificate for a unique and functional work of art--a great idea for holidays, birthdays and weddings too!
  
  

• Free Gift Service:  We offer free gift service on all work purchased which includes: gift wrap, a card with your personal greeting, and delivery to your special person--all absolutely free! (Due to size, gift wrap unavailable for floorcloths and wallcloths, but we can do the personalized card and 3rd party shipping.)
  
  

• Layaway:  We do accept layaway for purchases over $300.00.  We require a 30% non-refundable deposit, and payment in full within 90 days of deposit, it's easy!  Make multiple small payments, or one lump sum at the end by credit card or personal check.  We try to be flexible; just drop me a note with the item you're interested in and we can set up a plan that suits you!
